Buyers beware! You’ll be told an item is brand new and it won’t be. Apparently the risk is all yours and you’ll never get your money back, even if an item is falsely advertised. We were sold an item that was “brand new” and “factory sealed” and clearly, after opening, it had been opened, used and broken. Zero business integrity. Upon further investigation, several neighbors and friends have been sold faulty items or items that were falsely advertised. Not to mention every single one of them stated how rude the owner is. You’re better off paying full price at Target because they at least stand behind their stuff. If you’re going to make all sales final, you should be transparent about the risk of the condition...

Extremely sheisty and rude. Given she has access to previously handled materials and return items perfection is not expected. That said transparency and customer service may be the worst I’ve ever encountered. The only and I mean only reason to use her would be to secure well priced goods while hoping to not get the run around. Personally I think this place is a joke, they don't explain anything when you walk in that you have to grab a sticker off a piece of furniture to claim it as yours, I inquired about a piece and was going to buy and in the meantime they put a sticker on it and someone else took the sticker and got the piece.
