Buyers beware! Youâll be told an item is brand new and it wonât be. Apparently the risk is all yours and youâll never get your money back, even if an item is falsely advertised. We were sold an item that was âbrand newâ and âfactory sealedâ and clearly, after opening, it had been opened, used and broken. Zero business integrity. Upon further investigation, several neighbors and friends have been sold faulty items or items that were falsely advertised. Not to mention every single one of them stated how rude the owner is. Youâre better off paying full price at Target because they at least stand behind their stuff. If youâre going to make all sales final, you should be transparent about the risk of the condition...

That said transparency and customer service may be the worst Iâve ever encountered.
