My wife's older iPhone unit finally began to have battery charging issues. I knew it was time to upgrade to another phone. I had gotten my Samsung Note 10 from this store before it became Russell Cellular and I liked the service and proficiency of the staff. So, it was natural for me to return to them and that's when I learned of the change to Russell Cellular.
Mike Koshak was the fellow helping us. He was very patient and when he knew that my wife was not proficient in things digital/technical, he recommended replacing her aging iPhone with a new iPhone SE. He did not try to sell us something she couldn't/wouldn't use. He took care of the whole transaction - set it up for her, loaded/synced her data into the new unit and we were off in a minimum of time and effort.

Went in there for a phone upgrade and account upgrade and they basically just log into your Verizon account and do what you can do at home. After going over pricing which we just took their word for as they don't show you any screens, they tell us there is a 40 dollar "activation" fee for activating the phone , which again can be done at home.
