Customer service is lacking. The store policy clearly states " As part of this commitment, Refunds only are accepted up to 14 days after the order has been delivered." Key word: refunds. Well I was denied that and was told I could only do an exchange, well I would have walked away a happy customer had the price been the same, but there was a $10 difference.
