My wife and I visited this theater on our honeymoon, we bought tickets for the new Venom movie. My wife doesn’t know Spanish very well so we asked if it was in English and we were told it was. It was in Spanish, so when we talked to the manager he actually tried to make us cover the difference for an upgrade to the English 4-D, which would have made us wait another hour. To summarize, there is no concern for customer experience, just money. I will not pay for the mistakes someone else made, that’s just ridiculous. Pretty close to the mall and with a nice parking. The inside is kept clean and looks well. The arcade is comfortable and has a decent selection of games. The bathrooms are good and in decent shape. The theatres chairs are a bit stiff and old, but it's nothing distracting. The sound system is good, its nice and loud meanwhile the projected pictures look about standard for movie theaters.
