The Home Depot — Attraction in Ponce

Sorry to say this but not great. First, even I was there because in HD Caguas have told me Ponce store had inventory of what I needed, they started by pointing they couldn't look it up because the computers weren't working and that they didn't have it. After I insisted, and finally found a working computer, she was called away so she sent me with the information to another employee who said that she couldn't find it. Finally a more knowledgeable employee came along and he told us where it was. Now to refrigerators, nice experience, none available for a month🤷‍♀️We ordered it and were offered no interest for a year with the card. We accepted, but guess what, we had to make the call from our cell because their phones were not able to connect with the credit company, their credit company. The noise, the bad connection, my husband moved far so he could remove the mask to be heard better and a lady in charge of the line screamed from about 30 feet that he had to wear the mask. What you think, 3 stars ok?...

Most of our previous experiences here were decent, however when attempting to purchase tile, the first three people we approached were busy gossiping and pointed elsewhere when we asked for help.

An older gentleman came to our aid only to begin unprofessionally discussing “how women act”, but knew nothing about inventory.

We then proceeded to customer service where the attendant made sure that we were aware we were in Puerto Rico. I asked her if that meant that the I should accept subpar service due to the location of the HD. She then insisted that she could not resolve the logistic issue (without making a single phone call) and that I would need to drive two hours to the San Juan store to get an issue resolved.

We went to this facility to buy a great amount of materials needed to build 2 fences for two different properties. As my wife and I were getting all the materials we were paying as we go to put the materials on the truck.
