Hauser's Jewelers — Attraction in Poquoson

I have been here several times now, and every time the service went above and beyond what I expected. The staff is always kind, couteous, respectful, and excited to serve you. I have never been in there when they haven't thanked me for choosing them. Especially Ed, who is always genuine, kind, and exceptionally helpful.

On my most recent trip, I dropped off my prized-pearl ring to get it repaired. They gave me an estimate the next day to get the ring sized and pearl replaced; however, when they called I had just been in a car accident, so I told them that I wouldn't be able to afford the re-sizing because my deductable from the car accident was going to cost more than I could afford. I would however, pay for the pearl to be replaced.

When I went to pick up my ring, they resized it for me ANYWAY, free of charge, because they cared about me and wanted to make sure I could fully enjoy my beautiful ring. As long as I live in the area, I will always go here and recommend it...

I don’t even know where to begin! I had the most amazing experience with going to Hauser’s after a friend referred me to them for a piece of jewelry we inherited from my now fiancés mother. Long story short, my dream was to have a natural diamond in a vintage setting. Caroline and Kayley made my dreams come true. From Geneva (gemologist) giving me the news that my stone was natural to Caroline and Kayley finding my perfect vintage setting. Everything happens for a reason, I believe, and I was placed in Hauser’s care for them to make my dreams come true. Everyone from day one was very warm, welcoming, and kind. A wonderful store and they repaired my grandmother's ring beautifully. Natalie told me the ring looked like it was in good condition. She called me back a few days later and said if I spent another $100 they would solder it so that that the ring wouldn't move or break and would guarantee that. When I picked the ring up it was beautiful; however the paperwork given to me and the gentleman I spoke with said they could not guarantee that the ring would not split again due to the age of the ring. He did explain that the extra soldering would hold the ring together better. I love the workmanship, but am disappointed that I could not take Natalie at her word about...
