Mypi — Restaurant in Virginia

Went in to place an order this afternoon. When I walked in I didn't see anyone at the counter. I said hello so someone would hear me and I did see an employee in the back. I patiently waited for 5 minutes and a young man emerges from the back. He came out never acknowledged me and immediately went to the back. Finally after 5 minutes he came out again and I asked him if he was working today? The young man with dark shades never said a word to me he just nodded his head when I asked him if he was working. I immediately told him nevermind and I went to the concession stand out front of the theater. I asked the young man working the concession counter "who was the manager for Mypi? The young man who was helpful went to go get the manager and apparently ran into "shades" who gave them more attitude. After two minutes of deliberation the manager emerges. His name was Brian and he was awesome! He did listen to my complaint and immediately rectified the situation. As I was walking back to my theater "shades" actually asked me if I found the manager smh. This young man definitely needs a lesson in customer service. If you don't like your job...

Slop on some sauce and toppings and charge $60…$70 with tax for 4 pizzas and a fry no drinks! Sauce isn’t evenly spread, toppings tossed on with no care. And that’s on top of a frozen slap of dough… and if you want to add garlic and rosemary that’s now extra? How about a smile? Too much to ask? I cannot believe how much this place has gone down hill. Don't bother ordering pizza from this place. They don't pay their employees on time. They won't give them their work schedules until hours before their shift starts. This person thinks they can contol their employees that need a job and uses that to their advantage. It's disgusting and i hope you wont support a business that treats their...
