In order to make a new review, I had to edit or delete the previous one so I attach a video of my previous review, I continue giving one star because it is the minimum if I could give less I would. They called me after my email with the management, SURPRISE, the 1st page that they had sent me on Friday with our information and without a signature, yesterday they sent it to me but this time signed, which worries and scares me a lot because I do not have that paper in my files and it worries me even more that first they send all our information on the same form without being signed and then with a signature through camscaner. It cannot be that I have the same papers as them EXCEPT THAT ONE and that all of them are signed EXCEPT THAT ONE. They agreed to review it but they have been doing that since Monday which was the 1st contact. At this point I will not wait any longer because while time keeps passing. I definitely had to take action on the matter today and I am working on it since let's say 10am yesterday and I have not heard anything else and I do not think I know, because they keep in a vicious circle that has no point for me. I have already been escalating to the relevant authorities, I am definitely not going to sit back and waste my time and money. Cadillac is not cheap at all for its repairs and for that reason I bought warranties. I do not need to be going through all this stress just because they sell fraudulent policies or misleading terms for the client, because what I have in my contract even if that 2nd page were real, which it is not, does not make sense with what is really happening. The calls have been to say the same thing with the same thing we are working on your case send me everything again. I have sent the same documents multiple times and nothing. Think carefully before signing whatever deal you make at this dealer look at my experience...
Read moreMy husband took my Jeep to the dealership for a repair because when we took off from a stopped position in the vehicle, you could hear somewhat of a grinding/clunking noise at about 13 to 17 mph, and then it would go away as you proceed on your travel. You could predominantly hear the noise in the rear end of the vehicle, but you could hear it in the front of the vehicle as well. So after the diagnostic was complete, and the service team assured my husband that they could get everything fixed, we were quoted a price and agreed to that. Fast-forward a week later, repairs are done or so say, and it’s time to pick up the vehicle. Now we both work so we had to pick it up after hours, while exiting the dealership, At about 12 to 13 mph you can still hear the grinding noise. So at this point I am out $3896.27 and my vehicle is still making noise. Per the notes on the invoice, Regarding the initial complaint it states that there is a noise heard in the back and in the front, but only the rear of the vehicle was fixed. Also, per the invoice, it states that the technician drove the vehicle for 10 miles and it ran perfectly. Well again, I can drive the vehicle 100 miles and it runs perfectly but at the initial takeoff, I hear the clunking sound. My husband returned the vehicle to the dealership on Wednesday, and spoke to a service manager named Tim. My husband took Tim for a test drive to show him the noise that we were hearing and Tim stated that they “would fix it and make it right.” Tim and the team over at Bolton displayed Integrity and fixed my vehicle at no...
Read moreI came in with low expectations from previous experiences with other departments within Bolton.
With that said, I was grateful to see the other side of the place! Joe, Ryan , and Haleigh are great ambassadors for Bolton and ensure the buying experience is low pressure. They make the buying experience enjoyable (cause we all know dropping money is not fun)! I appreciate the personal side they all shared that made it feel like we were all old friends.
Joe is as cool as the other side of the pillow....honestly great conversation with him from his "internet" call (he is HUMAN and works 24/7) to the final handshake. A man looking out for his Customers best interests... Cooks recognize Cooks....
Haleigh is a professional. "Look, here's the option i got to tell you...."...and from there like you are talking to your friend from 20+ years....(Buna and Bùna are not the same).
Ryan is smooth. I mean, come on man, the guy dribbles a little ball around like he is splitting the defense of a Top 5 team in a "SWLA" jersey. But, Honestly his care about the brand, his clientele, and the service each person gets from Sale to Service shows. Again, great conversation and time spent with him was refreshing. Thanks for them "Hub City" eats, and don't sleep on the other we talked about. #gopokes
Thank you all for a pleasant buying experience. Have a Happy New Year and I hope other get the chance to work with y'all in...
