Yesterday we had come 14 people for Christmas dinner with our staff.

Out of that we four people are purely vegetarian. We asked the server for the possibility of vegetarian food and he suggested fajitas and bean enchiladas . We asked about receipe of the rice in beans which includes the lar and chicken broth .So we ordered just fajitas with tortilla without rice and beans and made sure with server that it should not have any meat, beef, egg, sea food or any kind of meat.

When the order came we reconfirmed with server that its purely vegetarian dish. We started our dinner and found meat pieces in it. I am 25 years old and my parents are 50 years old. We had never had meat in our life.

We called the manager and he blamed us as we did not approach him for our dish to be vegetarian. When we asked server than he confirmed that he had informed manager (Gregory) and the cook to make the dish vegetarian. So the manager lied and acted being innocent that he knew nothing about the order. After few minutes discussion he confirmed that he will waive our total bill.

I was upset with the scene and started feeling throwing up so left for home and also throw up on the way to home.

After sometime the server came up with the ticket and my father approach the manager ( Gregory) than he again lied and said that he never confirmed to waive the ticket. So my father paid the full ticket and left as he did not want to ruin the party mood the whole staff.

The worst part is manager ( Gregory) did not show curtsey of removing wrongly prepared dish from the table nor offered same dish to be served again with the way we should have received. We went home hungry and very very bad experience. He then said he would give us a gift card but do u think after this experience I will ever come here...

So yesterday January 6th 2021 I went to pick up my to-go order. The manager took my money and went to the back to get my order. I did not see him for a good 15 minutes. Meanwhile another customer comes in the door and a young waitress takes his money for hit to go order. After waiting another 5 to 10 minutes the girl comes out with a brown bag no receipt attached to the bag and give the bag to the customer that came in behind me. The manager then comes out from the back and waves at the girl and speaks in Spanish which I do not speak, obviously the girl gave this other customer my food meanwhile this customer has left the building with my food. The girl goes out and gets the bag from the customer (who came in behind me), goes to the back then comes out a few minutes later with the same bag and hands it to me. I then asked if I can also have corn tortillas. They wanted me to wait for them to cook corn tortillas after I had already been there well over 30 minutes. This was poorly run by management and I was unhappy with how this was handled but like a dummy I took my food and left. Doubt I...

Me and my co-worker sat at the bar on 1/19/24 at around 6pm. We had a margarita apiece and then took shots of patron. They tried to charge us for 16 shots at $11 each, then tried to have the sheriff inforce this ridiculous charge. The manager came out and at first refused to review the camera which we were sitting directly in front of. We definitely knew that we didn't have 8 shots apiece in a hour and a half. The manager comes out the office with a hand written piece of paper saying we had 14 shots. That still was not suffice for me. I wanted to see the camera footage. Meanwhile sheriff trying to tell me that I was going to pay whatever they told us to pay, when I said that I would not he proceeded to call for backup. Finally manager comes out and shows us the camera footage on his phone and it showed us only having 11 shots. He apologized but did not comp us for the hassle or embarrassment. Sheriff comes back in looking disappointed that he didn't intimidate us. Bottom line, watch your ticket because those waitresses will try to get you if you're not...

"My experience at Rancho Grande was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance was lively, yet cozy, setting the perfect mood for a memorable dining experience. Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply divine! Each dish bursted with authentic Mexican flavors, showcasing the chef's expertise and passion for culinary excellence. And let's not forget about the margaritas! They were expertly crafted, perfectly balancing sweetness and tanginess, and complementing the meal flawlessly. But what truly set Rancho Grande apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. Overall, I can't recommend Rancho Grande enough. Whether you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine, delicious margaritas, or top-notch customer service, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be returning soon!"

I had a very disappointing experience at Rancho Grande recently. I ordered an enchilada dinner, and when it arrived, I was horrified to find the meat was undercooked. Which is unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that serves ground meat in most of the meals ! I immediately flagged this issue to the staff, hoping for a quick resolution. However, I was met with silence. They didn’t apologize or offer to fix the problem; they simply ignored my concerns. This lack of response was disturbing. The employees kept awkwardly looking at me after I sent the food back. Not only was the food unsafe to eat, but the poor service made the situation even worse. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and disgusted. I cannot recommend Rancho Grande based on this experience and will think twice before returning.

I used to say if I'm going to a Mexican restaurant I'm only getting Mexican food. I always had my doubts on other cuisines at restaurants but that's my fault for pre judging. Today I ate my own words and realized how wrong I am for judging something shouldn't have. I got 5lbs of crawfish and they were freaking amazing!!! Talk about easy peel, great spice, potatoes were tender, the sausage link was great the corn was spicy! Rancho did an amazing job on their crawfish and I'd get them again.
