the worst experience I have ever had to go threw and I hope I save some one the pain I am going to be dealing with because of the carelessness. first off the tech. comes out to my house with out calling lucky my father was at my house and called to tell me he was there. so I tell her I will be there in 12 minutes so the tech agrees and 5 minutes later my dad calls and informs me that he has left. so I called and they tell me he will turn around and come back. 30mins later still not there. I call back and get a ticket# and they tell me I will get a call in 1 hour. I wait and no call 5 calls and no one can help me I was hung up on 1 time and still haven't found out why he left. I am very unsatisfied with there dispatch and there way of handling the issue. I was guaranteed to have the service by 5pm that day. I had signed up for an online course that was 700$ and because I was not able to have it installed I lost all the 700$ the only thing they told me was let me transfer you to customer care where they tell me they couldn't help me. I will write a more in depth review on the BBB in hopes this gets handled in a appropriate manner and everyone is satisfied. Read moreI am usually a very patient person. I have battled with inconsistent internet service from Spectrum for at least two years. I had a technician scheduled for 2 - 3 pm today. I received a call to confirm at 1pm. I confirmed and no tech showed. They were not courteous enough to call and give me an update, so I called them. They couldn’t tell me why or when the tech would show. At 6pm the tech shows and I’m not home. They call me and say the tech is at my house. I tell them to have him wait, I will be there in 5 minutes. I made it in 3 minutes and no tech. Then after they're done with a customer, they give themselves a 5 minute break before they call the next customer. I'm literally sitting here watching.
