WORST APARTMENT EVER!!! read this before u decide or get scammed into moving here. this place is a boiling m3th pot most the residents are addicts and so it always smells like burning plastic/ rubber or u get a whiff of intense cat pee thank god I don't smell it in my unit but others have reported the toxic smells coming from their vents inside their units!!!! MANAGEMENT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The property manager is the biggest issue because she doesn't solve anything and brings up personal problems always complaining about HER JOB. The kids playroom that they advertise or advertised when I was deciding to move here is shut down no residents have access but we pay for it... as well as "FREE" Wi-Fi they advertise ALL FAKE trash Shute doesn't work & nobody is fixing it. elevators are always breaking down, sometimes our key fobs won't work for entering the building and laundry room etc... there's feces everywhere in the building. OVERALL THIS IS AN UNSAFE PLACE AND U DO NOT WANT TO MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY WITH THE TYPE OF UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WE HAVE CURRENTLY!

Not clean or maintained on exterior street. High transient & drug trafficking. Regular fire alarms day & night. Parking & play ground just 20 feet off patios of neighbor apartments. Constant street parking in front of building blocking traffic & sidewalks.

I have been a resident here for nearly a year and a half, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Early on, I realized that many of the terms outlined in my lease were not being upheld. When I raised these issues with management (specifically Drea), my concerns were consistently met with hostility and disregard. Instead of addressing the issues, I was often painted as the problem.

One of the most alarming experiences involved a resident on my floor. On one occasion, this individual came to my front door and attempted to kick it down. I recorded the incident and reported it to management, yet no action was taken to ensure my safety or that of my child. In response to this and other safety concerns, I organized a petition for a security guard in the building, which was supported by the majority of residents. Management met with us, promised security, and then failed to follow through.

More recently, the same resident physically attacked me at my front door. The following morning, while I was in the office discussing the attack with Drea, this individual entered the office and attacked me again. Rather than prioritizing my safety, management allowed this individual—a grown adult in her 40s—to escalate the situation further.

This building is unsafe, and management has demonstrated a clear failure to protect its residents. Telling me to “stay away” from someone who repeatedly confronts and attacks me, even in the presence of management, is not a solution.

I have filed a police report regarding these incidents, but as many know, the response time in this area is slow. It is beyond frustrating that, despite everything, management has taken no meaningful steps to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.

Living here has been mentally exhausting, and I truly believe every resident deserves access to free counseling and compensation for the stress we’ve endured. This is not a safe environment for anyone, especially young adults...

This building is an absolute nightmare for residents, especially for the elderly, disabled, and single parents. When the elevator is out of service—which happens far too often and lasts for days at a time—there is no way for elderly or disabled residents to enter or exit their homes safely. It’s heartbreaking to see single parents struggling to carry strollers, groceries, and children up and down the stairs because of management’s failure to maintain basic amenities.

Speaking of management, it’s practically nonexistent. The manager comes and goes as she pleases, and even when she is here, she avoids interacting with residents. Calls go unanswered, and concerns are ignored. Residents are left to fend for themselves in an environment that feels more neglectful and chaotic with each passing day.

To make matters worse, we can’t even have packages delivered to this building reliably, adding to the frustration of living here.

If you’re looking for a place where residents are treated with dignity and respect, this is not it. However, if you’re okay with being treated like an afterthought, or worse, like an animal, then by all...
