Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Gresham

This review is to reflect the operations manager Austin as opposed to the people in the stand who are awesome. There was an incident at this stand over Christmas where is where my curiosity over one of the kids nail Polish that work there was mistook in for a slanderous word that was never said ed. I asked if the nail Polish was a fad such as a fashion statement he thought I said the other word that ends in a g. This was ultimately cleared up. I had an issue with a different tender at a different location and called to complain and Austin called me and told me I could no longer come to the stands that he operates and usedThis instance as his reasoning Along with the complaint from the other stand. He did not care what I had to say nor did he care that his employee at the other stand Was rude and unprofessional And made it very distasteful comment. That being said my business will now be going to the franchises in the area instead of the corporate entitySince the franchise has seemed to have more of the feel thatI feel Dane and his brother were going for when they started this business.I don't believe the employees are supposed to be snooty and rude they are supposed to be friendly as that is...

Got a drink from this location and was filled with pieces of paper and a metal pieces, went back to complain and get a refund and the manager was TOTALLY inconsiderate. He wasn’t empathetic about our experience at all and said he was “only managing the store” while rolling his eyes. Therefore, I asked how he felt as a manager about this unpleasant situation and how he felt about us finding metal pieces in the drink. He replied with stating that I’m not his counselor. When I suggested being more careful while making drinks because they sell kids drinks as well and his only response was I shouldn’t telling him how to manage a proper coffee shop. I’m super upset that he wasn’t compassionate about this hazardous ⚠️ experience because I could of died/choked on the metal pieces. Large Metal pieces that he thinks that were from the “merchandising companies”. What an excuse? Please be aware of what it is that you are consuming if you plan to continue to visit this location.

All I’m asking is for the employees to be more cautious because this is life...

Best Dutch stand in portland/gresham area. The crew here is always happy and friendly. They carry on a great convo with customers and I have only ever had one issue here when they made us the wrong drink. I went back hours later to get a muffin and after school drink for my son and the same baristas were working, said it was great to see me 2x in a day. I mentioned that my previous drink was wrong (not expecting anything other then for them to know) they made me another and it was large which i couldnt finish. Several of the baristas know my kids faces and talk to them all like they matter which is great. I have even had a time where the nasty DB on 136/division has messed up a drink and i just went over to this location and they fixed it for me. Only suggestion I have for this location is for them to UP the amount of Choc Chip muffin tops they order and maybe lower the other flavors...they run out of the...
