Sorry to say I won't be taking the chance buying Steaks from this location again. Too often I've bought steaks only to get home, open them and find them so oxidized they reek. It's especially predatory that your $1 or $2/off stickers are placed directly over the oxidized spots on the steaks to make them look fine, only to be shown how gross the steaks are after opening. The cashiers are so conditioned to this too they don't request proof. They're immediately ready with a refund... notwithstanding all the extra time and travel put into your day. Do you need new refrigeration systems, or to rotate your meats more regularly? Something other than repeated apologies for what seems to be a regular, health-risking action taken by your employees.

If you can take the time to cover the spot to make an extra buck, you can pull it from the shelf instead of risking a customers health. Basic...

I visited 4 Boyers markets in one day looking for a specific item. Every other location Bernville, Sch Haven, and Orwisburgh we're very helpful and eager to help. The Pottsville location an employee tried to help and called the store manger for me, however he couldn't even be bothered to speak to me, then told me the item was no longer made.... The employees are very nice and helpful. I had a hard time findiing good deals though because it's a small grocery store. The prices were more pricey then im use to paying else where.i do like and enjoy that they have different 5 for twenty deals that's the only thing in the store that had caught my eye. I was extremely disappointed to find that they didn't provide customers with the formula that my child uses. So needless to say inwp uldnonly recommend going if it was necessary and go...
