I visited the store and was approached by a young lady who was both friendly and professional in assisting me. While we were conversing, an older white woman, who appeared to be the manager, abruptly interrupted us. She rudely asked the young lady, in a loud and inappropriate manner, whether we were purchasing anything, and she did so right in front of us. This behavior was both discriminatory and disrespectful. The San Diego location has an impressive offering. Everything is well organized & the store is easy to shop. The team is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Truck driver here. Great staff very nice. If OTR driver comes to deliver here very tight backing, follow ur GPS but when u pull in ur gonna have to flip a u-turn behind Ralph’s in order to back into RH. Make sure to keep an eye on ur right side because there is a wall and light post that u come extremely close to, ur gonna have to take ur time and be patient took me about 5 minutes to figure it out and another 7 to get her in lol.
