EDIT from below. What would make me raise a one-star review up to a four-star review? The caring customer service! Because of that I was willing to give one more chance and finally was able to just place an order in the app. That might be the way to go here just because again the workers are a bit flat but hey also this isn't Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out LOL so maybe perky enthusiastic workers only come with fast food𤣠Speaking of food now that I can finally review the food I must say it is delicious. I had a custom bowl and I chose to split the herbed quinoa and spinach as my base. Then I had the garlic steak and added cilantro, lime, cucumber and crispy onion. I loved that I could get the sauce on the side so that I could control how much goes on it. It is absolutely delicious and the steak is spectacular. Because of the customer service I would definitely start coming here now, but I would probably only order through the app for pickup at this point.
Who knows what the food is like because I have tried to go here at least four or five times. Several times with others, or by myself, and without fail, every single time we have stood in line or entered in or we're looking at the menu and there was literally no one around or maybe one person at most, and still no greeting, no "How may I help you," no "Let me know if I could answer any questions." No "I'll be right with you..." Totally ignored. So today what was the last attempt. Clearly they're not interested...

So both times we ordered two bowls and every time the server put the wrong ingredients in the bowls. So basically we had to read the ingredients from the menu and point out that they made a mistake. They did offer to throw and start fresh but we didn't want to waste food. So in essence we haven't yet out of 4 bowls got to really taste it how it was meant to be with the original recipe. That said we will still try again and hopefully have a better experience as we understand store and staff are all new.
Also they were unable to provide a receipt and said printer is down and there is no way for them to get a receipt with date and time. We waited 30+ min and the staff said they will bring it out to us but no one came and gave an update until we went back and asked someone to provide an update. Naturally when the new restaurant opens in my neck of the woods, I was thrilled to say the least.
Visited first time today at around 11:50. It's a Tuesday and the line was very long. I like the ambiance with super clean cut feel. They specifically posted where they source the ingredients.
I ordered the green goddess salad. It's a very large portion. Fresh ingredients, great dressing. I felt very satisfied after eating it. Costs $10.40. With all the food inflation and crazy restaurant food prices, this is pretty decent and good bang for my bucks.
The manager Danny is very friendly. I got overcharged for a side item by accident, he offered me gift card for the inconvenience. Wow! They really take good cate of their customers.
