It's DHS, Family Dollar, Bechard's Grill, Jade Palace and IGA. There isn't much else to say. You can get your govt. benefits, go spend your food stamps, spend the cash portion of your TANF and then get drunk with you get out at the ATM. It's too bad Save-A-Lot is now IGA, the same products at a...
