I've been going to this Dairy Queen since I was a little girl. I'm now 50, my family & I have spent literally thousands over several decades. Tonight, may be my last time there, seriously. DQ on South Walker in Princeton WV has gotten so bad that it's sad it really is. Tonight one of the 2 hotdogs I got was BLACK, weiner is black. An almost $4.00 hot dog. Disgusting, ridiculous & wasted $$$$. Other issues going on as well, a staff member, in shock this individual is still allowed to work there. This would NEVER happen if Mrs. Satterfield was working there as she did 35-40 years ago, she would probably turn over in her grave.

This Dairy Queen was typical of most but had one secret weapon that most others don’t—their front staff. The young man who took our order was among the most pleasant I’ve ever experienced. I had a slaw dog, while my friend had a pork sandwich. Both were average in flavor. The restroom here was large and average in cleanliness, and there were a few tables outdoors. The inside eating area was medium in size. This location also offered ice cream cakes and treats for take out.

There are two of these here in Princeton and for the life of my own mistake, I ordered a cake somewhere at a different Dairy Queen without thinking about it.

So, I called and ordered a cake for a surprise party and for one, the cake looked awesome. I'm very happy for their service. The cake had an amazing flavor and was just all around great!

On the part where I ordered it at the wrong store, they were very helpful (before we found out it was at the other one) they had already started calling the other one for me before I had a chance to and confirmed it was there. A quick trip down the road and I had my cake.

Wish I could give negative stars but one will have to do. Everytime I make the unfortunate mistake to eat here they get my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Tonight I ordered two double cheeseburgers. Don’t know how ungodly stupid you have to be to not be able to count and only put one patty on each burger but that’s the quality of person I expect to work here anymore. Still paid that double price tho. Also patty’s were burnt to a crisp. My burger should not crunch when I bite into it. This place honestly needs shut down. I refuse to eat here anymore.
