This was my first experience at a UPS store, and it was extremely disappointing. I specifically chose to come here—skipping a nearby USPS —because looking at the reviews I believed UPS would be faster and more reliable. Spent extra on a cab just to get here, thinking my important task would be handled with care. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I came in to make a photocopy of a very important legal document that required nearly a month preparing. It was drafted abroad, mailed to the U.S., notarized here, attested in the embassy and urgently needed to be sent back overseas. The document was printed on green legal paper, which is not easily available in the U.S. It was stapled, and should have been carefully unstapled before copying—but the staff fed it into the machine without doing so, and it was shredded into multiple pieces. Just like that, all my effort, money, and time were destroyed in seconds due to their carelessness. Although, one of the employee helped tape the ripped pieces back but the damage could not be reversed. Now I have to start from scratch—redrafting, reprinting, notarizing, attesting at embassy in NY, mailing the entire document again—all while racing against a tight deadline. It’s incredibly frustrating and disheartening. This could have been any critical paperwork. I truly expected better from a place like UPS. Based on this experience, I’m not sure how anyone can trust them with sensitive or urgent documents.

I am delighted to give UPS Store a well-deserved 5-star review! This isn't an ordinary store – it is a finely tuned package handling machine with an incredibly streamlined process. Whether I need to drop off or have packages shipped quickly, this place never disappoints. First-rate efficiency: Even though it's a busy store, things move swiftly. You're not going to spend an eternity waiting in line here! Stellar customer service: The employees are not only helpful but extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a smooth, easy experience. Simply stated, the UPS store truly values its customers, and it shows. They've nailed the perfect balance between operational efficiency and professional, friendly service. I can't recommend it highly enough!

I dropped two small packages on 12/24/24, paying $70 for each for second day air delivery . The young lady was very slow and get the names of the recipients wrong( I gave her a paper with spelled names and addresses), then the state address was typed way wrong. The start date of shipping was 12/26. 😡She was on training during the busiest time of the year 🫤. One of the packages was delivered after two days🛫😊 The second package, however, is still in Massachusetts as of 12/31/24. No one can explain why🤬 I must be reimbursed for the late delivery, since this is just ground transportation🤮

This is by far one of the best businesses in the Quincy area. The staff is overwhelmingly helpful, chipper, and efficient.

My favorite employee of all time is a young man named Jerry. He's half my age, but we bonded over comedy interests and he's just plain wonderful. Honestly every employee here is a GEM - despite the constant influx of sometimes clueless or rude customers, this staff works as a team to help out those unfamiliar with the process of returning Amazon items and those impatiently huffing and puffing to get in and get out.

I've returned hundreds of Amazon packages, shipped gifts to friends and family, and even have had printing done at this location. Despite being one of the busiest UPS stores in the area (due to its perfect location right off of route 93), there is rarely even a line - these UPS store employees absolutely tackle their job while still maintaining a smile, a neverending plesantry, and a great Victorville Film Archive recap (that last one is for you Jerry my friend)!

I use ups store locations regularly and this is by far the worst location I have been to in terms of accountability when shipping packages. I have had multiple packages gone “missing” after drop off with the most expensive item being an Xbox x I was sending to my college football buddy for his two small sons. I spoke with owner, went over the footage, which shows me leaving the item in their possession, and still the best thing he could come up with is that Someone must have out the wrong label on it. I understand people make mistakes but that was a costly one. In addition during the Holiday season I called the store to inform them that I was ubering there as my car was unavailable, to see if they could stay open for 2 extra minutes. The owner Sunny said no. This will be the last time I use this location as I would rather give my business to a place more accountable and understanding of...
