I ordered the baked haddock from Copeland Pizza, and it was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. First of all, baked haddock is NOT supposed to be covered in whatever breadcrumb coating they used – that’s for the fried version, not baked. Instead, they took the breaded version and just threw it in the oven. The result? A soggy, gross mess that tasted awful. To make it worse, the top was dried out and rubbery, and the whole thing looked like it had been sitting around for hours. You can even see in the picture I uploaded – I had to cut off the top because it was that bad. I’ve ordered from plenty of places, but this was beyond disappointing. Copeland Pizza clearly doesn’t know the difference between baked and fried fish. Never ordering from here again.

I order a grilled chicken wrap, the driver came with a chicken sub. I called back and told them about the mistake. They assured me that they will get me a grilled chicken wrap which was the size of a 6 inch subway sandwich. I called back and ask what is going on and the person who answered the phone was rude was not helpful at all. Don't waste your time and money.

I received my BLT sub with 5 pieces of bacon. I called and spoke to a manager and he said he was right and added 14. Then he was sarcastic and said the DoorDash delivery guy ate my bacon. Then proceeded to call me and say he called the company ( isn’t he the company I called the store of??) and said please call back we can try to fix it. Rudest service ever!

I visited this place for the first time today, not knowing exactly how things work here. Previously, I had ordered for pickup through DoorDash without any issues. Today, I saw my order on the table with my name on it, checked it, even picked it up, and no one said a word. I sat down, ate my meal, and later placed another order directly through their website.

After finishing my first meal, I again went to check the orders on the table. I looked at the receipts and lightly touched the bags to check the names. Suddenly, the person at the front counter raised their voice at me, telling me in a rude and harsh manner to “take it” or “check it yourself,” giving instructions in a way that was completely unnecessary and unpleasant.

I understand I should not have touched food items for health and safety reasons fair enough. But why was I not politely informed the first time I picked up my order? Why was the second time handled with such hostility instead of simply saying, “Please don’t touch the food. Let us help you check your order”? That would have been respectful and professional.

To make matters worse, when I finally got my order, the food was cold both the burger and the meat. The only decent part was the fries. This is not how customer service should be anywhere. If anyone else experiences something like this, speak up and report it. Businesses need to know that treating customers this way is...

This is a family-owned Pizzeria I grew up eating on this food they had the best pizza and subs salads pasta in food in the world my children love their chocolate milk. They are very very busy but all walking orders when you call for an order to pick up are ready in the exact time they tell you anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes depending on what you order. I have never waited longer even when they do delivery the wait is 15 to 20 minutes and they are always there before the 15 to 20 minutes unless it's a very busy night then they'll be there exactly in 20 minutes this family owned Pizzeria is very clean organized staff is amazing and friendly you can dine in if you want to they do have some tables there most people pick up or have delivery food is always live in hot not cold I've been going to Copeland Pizzeria for over 30 years and the recipes are not change the food is still amazing the faces are always the same once in awhile you see a new face but other than that you cannot find a better Copeland pizzeria around best food in the world Subs overpacked prices a very fair and cheap and the quality of the food is amazing, I love Copeland Pizza that will never change I...

I dropped-in here on Saturday afternoon after having a somewhat negative experience at another sandwich shop which resulted in me leaving before I ever got a chance to place an order. The other shop was part of a national chain. The moment I walked into Copeland Street Sub & Pizza, I was immediately reminded why small, family owned & operated businesses are almost always the better choice. The two gentlemen behind the counter were welcoming, warm and polite throughout the entire transaction. They listened intently while I placed a small but specific order. And I ended up with a delicious sandwich at a reasonable price. I did notice some other menu items that sounded great. They also had a few slice-pies sitting in the pizza warmer that looked fresh and delicious. I don't have a ton of experience dining here but I can say that the sandwich I had today definitely hit the spot. Moreover, I was glad to be supporting a local business. Especially one where the staff treats you with the type of courtesy and respect a paying customer deserves. I will definitely be...
