Rainier Appliance — Attraction in Rainier

Amazing.. Friendly.. Helpful.. Caring.. we bought a washer and John delivered it and took our old one.. while putting our new washer in he proceeded to get ready to put our dryer in for us and as soon as he turned the dryer around he noticed that there was wires showing and a few other things wrong with it and without hesitation he went back to Rainer to the shop to get the correct stuff that the dryer needed and he fixed our dryer for safety reasons and at no cost cuz we didn’t have the money to fix it. A enormous Thank You JOHN for keeping our family safe.. Thank you for your kind heart and your helping hand. Our kids my sister and mom and I are so very greatful. There really are no words on how we feel about your kindness and help. Once again Thank You John… I will and would recommend anyone needing any appliances or repairs...

If there were more than 5 stars, you would get them. Our washing machine went Kaput this morning, 08212021. I have lived in Rainier for 13 years, Larry Gates was my neighbor, so I knew he was affiliated with Rainier Appliance. So I called, explained the problem, and, after finding the Model number, he found the model and had the part he was sure was the Culprit. He was there within a half hour, and had it fixed in twenty minutes..., NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL REAL SERVICE...

Now I have a refrigerator in the garage I will have fixed, and I know where to go... Thank you so...

These guys are amazing Jaimie was the lady who answered the phone and was bending over backwards that helped me even giving me some free parts to fix my refrigerator/ freezer, and John came out, and he saved my refrigerator freezer. He thought for a moment that it was gonna be toast, and then he had a part with him like the brains of the refrigerator/ freezer and he repaired it.
