I came to BLOSSÜM to get my lips done and Botox .I had a terrible experience! This ruined my entire day. I traveled 1.5 hours to this establishment. Before I booked my appointment I let the scheduling coordinator know i am very natural and have never really done much fillers and I have had only botox on my forehead two times and my lips done twice. She stated as long as my lip filler was done over a year ago I was completely fine. I also told her I was interested in Xeomin considering BLOSSÜM sent me a coupon for it and I have previously used it and loved it. I was excited and paid $200 deposit. When I got there I met with Savannah and she stated she needed to dissolve my lips and could not do my lips and they didn’t have any Botox or Xeomin they only had Dysport. But mind you I had an appointment for BOTOX. Nobody contacted me to tell me there was no Botox or xeomin and nobody told me if I had previous filler that was 2.5 years old it had to be dissolved before they did my procedure. I called the previous place that did my lip injections previously with and it has been 2.5 years since I have ever done lip filler and I only had 0.5 syringe. I have intense anxiety and bite the inner sides of my lips time to time and she stated it was filler. I also had tattoo liner and I stated the area she felt was filler was not . The liner is coming off my lips. I just feel maybe she needs more practice and this place should state IF you have had lip fillers that are 3 years old you will not be aloud to get your lips done and they will need to dissolve lip filler if you previously Had it period. After this is all said and done they said they fired the office lady that told me all this. But the website does not state you have to have had NO fillers for 3 years: This was a total waste of my time and I am highly disappointed. Absolutely horrible experience. I was recovering from the flu and someone recommended an IV drip. I booked an appointment thinking it was for an IV drip. Confused about their policy, I went in to ask about a consult vs an appointment the next day - less than 12 hours after I had booked the appointment. Turns out, they wanted to charge $50 for a consult to get a basic IV therapy drip which defeated my whole purpose bc I had wanted the drip asap due to recovering form the flu. I also knew that I could go to elsewhere and get a drip and not have to have a “consult” for it. I explained my error… and instead of any grace or helpfulness, they told me they would keep my $50 that could be applied to product. Okay. Not happy but I understand policies. I leave thinking this appointment for this consult is now cancelled and I’m out $50, but that I never had an appointment for a drip bc I never had a consult. I get my credit card statement in the mail and in addition to the $50 they charged me for the consult I never had, they charged me another $100. I tried to get in touch and instead of a call, I get a text saying they emailed me to tell me that bc my appointment was canceled less than 72 hours in advance, they charged me for part of the appointment. How in the world can I have an appointment for something you told me I needed a consult for that you already kept money for? How was it not disclosed as I was standing in front of these people that I would be charged another $100 and for what? I don’t understand the policy, at all. No thanks to this small business. Okay girls! When I tell you laser with Allison was also the best thing i EVER did it was! the sessions were so much quicker than I thought and I'm a shy girl so I was a little nervous. She made me feel so comfortable. The results with me were so quick. I always hated how I would shave and it came back so quick literally everywhere .
