NEVER BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! I was so disappointed with the quality of the furniture in the customer service of the store. Not only did every single one of the items that I purchased came damaged upon delivery, The quality of the furniture was so cheap! My sofa was broken within one month, and one of my dining room chairs broke as well. Never did I get a new chair after requesting a new one. Nor was my sofa ever fixed after they sent someone to my home to take pictures! I was going back-and-forth with the store for months due to my first delivery being late, the products coming damaged after they were delivered, broken furniture, waiting for replacements! The worst part of it all was when Ms. Juanita Brown sold me my furniture she told me blood stains were included in my insurance policy, only to come to find out after having a bloody nose on my sofa it was not covered. She lied to me just to try and sell the sofa!! I asked for the manager to return all my furniture that I bought because I was so mad and frustrated with the service and quality of the furniture, he did not let me return anything. Knowing a customer had only 3 out of 4 chairs for their dining room table and a broken sofa you would think they would be considerate and fix the sofa and give me a new chair being that I was under their 1year warranty but they wouldnāt even do that. I will never buy furniture from here again or ever recommend anyone to this store. I paid thousands of dollars for a King size bedroom set with two nightstands in a dresser, a sofa and recliner, and a dining room table. Itās sucks that I never got to enjoy any of my furniture from the horrible and disgraceful situation I have experience with Kimbrells furniture. To start with I was told the bed will delivered to me in 2 weeks,,expiration of 2weeks came,,I was told it will be delivered on June 11th,,later I got a call it will be delivered in June 16th,,and finally I was contacted again that it will be on 3rd of June,2025..and now it came I found out at when the delivery guys came that the dressing mirror did not come with the rest and the box springs is 9 inches which is way too high for my broken hip and foot..oh I cried my eyes out because when I was purchasing in the store no one told me about box spring sizes and stuffs like that..and I got on the phone asking them about the availability of sizes so I can choose the next size to the ones delivered to me, the person told me I would have to come to the store again just to know the inches of the low box spring to be delivered again on Tuesday 6/10/2025..This is not a good customer service and am very disappointed...ššš For me this will be the 1st and the last time I will come to kimbrell's store to buy anything furniture...

This review is strictly about the warehouse or whoever is responsible for delivering my product. I paid $2500(which included $100 delivery fee) cash for my furniture and my furniture could not be delivered on time. I call back then they tell me they donāt deliver on Wednesday. Mind you I did not set a delivery date when I first purchased because I Had to wait for the move in date for my apartment. They had my furniture sitting for 2 weeks. I called them a week Before the delivery date and told them the date I wanted it delivered along with the time, they told me they had it all ready to go. I call back on the delivery date all of a sudden, nothing is in the system. So I paid $2500 with a $100 delivery fee just to not get anything delivered. Absolutely terrible customer service. Marie who answered the phone did not care about the inconvenience in my schedule this was causing...
