Roanoke Park — Attraction in Raleigh

A guy who lives nearby invited me to Roanoke Park. I loved it, it’s beautiful!! The parents of the kids are very sweet people. The kids are so sweet. I got to play with some really adorable and sweet kids. Shot some hoops with the guy. It’s a smaller kiddy-size court.. I’ve definitely played on larger courts.. but this one is adequate!! Very toddler friendly! My daughter is 14 months and isn't walking yet. The stairs to the playground are wide and easy to climb, the playground itself was fun for her with the walkways and tunnel and short slide. They have toddler swings as well. We LOVED the little toddler parking lot with the toy cars for her to drive. Great park in a nice neighborhood. Wasn't crowded....

Perfect little neighborhood park nestled into a perfect little neighborhood setting. Playground was small but well fitted to it's environment. Basketball court filled with kids play cars and buggies to use...perhaps provided by the neighbors surrounding the park. Sand "digging" area is great addition. Park was clean and we'll maintained.
