BEWARE!!!!! LOOP BAR IS SHEISTY---

The lady bar tender ran my card twice when I asked for 2 vodka shots; when I got home, I saw she also attached a "LARGE PARTY" fee to both orders... Explain the large party when it's only ONE of me?.. What was weird is I ordered a mix drink before the shots and on that receipt, there is no "Large Party" fee ...

Also, I'm giving the atmosphere a 2 because I had the pleasure of witnessing male "security" grab and removed the belongings of two ladies who were seated (for at least 45mins). The ladies asked why they were being moved, and he stated that section is reserved... HOW SWAY?... There was no signage, no announcements-- only you now coming and being unnecessarily rude to them when unprovoked?...

I cannot support a business like this. Having rude and untrustworthy staff is all I need displayed for me to never go back, if you do BE CAUTIOUS. I'll attach the customer receipts I brought home for those...

We arrived at this establishment at 10 pm, ordered drinks, and had a seat. One hour later, a staff member who lacks basic emotional intelligence abruptly told us that we had to move. When asked why, we were told "because they (pointing to others who entered) are going to sit here.

We asked why we were being treated so rudely and asked for a manager, who was just as negligent and lacked appropriate customer service skills as the first person. There were no other available seats to move to. There were no reserved signs on display.

If this is how customers are treated at Loop, I can guarantee that I will never patronize or encourage anyone...

Just not a good place to feel comfortable and secure. We ordered so much food.. but they didn’t have bags to place our containers of food. So carrying food in boxes is inexceptable. We had 5 white containers of food. And have to carry it out. But we should have been able to have a bag! Thennnn the bathroom was out of order so we had to go to the club next door to use the bathroom. Don’t go here!!! Not sophisticated or worth your money!!! So many things were wrong.
