Waffle House — Restaurant in Raleigh

When I drove up three employees route the parking lot having a smoking break. When I walked in there were two empty tables and three empty bar stools the tables had food plates all stacked on tables the third table next to it had a family sitting there with no drinks there glasses for empty. One of the girls outside smoking what's that waitress people had me waited when they clear the table they got in then she cleared another table and then I got in. There is a time I was sitting there waiting I watch the manager she walked by and picked up two napkins off the floor but never corrected anyone to sweep up the floor very messy very dirty. She came out again look like she was taking inventory on some form oh, she never helped out with people during the busy time. Ordered my eggs over easy and came back with yolks that were like hard boiled eggs. My waitress the smoker why Ramona's else was working she went and sit down and played on her phone. The manager did come out after the Big Brush and showed if one pictures on her phone and they laughed and giggled. I've been to a lot of different Waffle Houses this one I will never go to again check out my pictures you'll see the girl turntables you'll see Phil on top of the mustard container the syrup she put down for me and for the table next to me was the container was filthy. Waffle House needs to clean house at this store. This is the first bad review I've ever gave a Waffle...

One of the laziest locations I've been to. I called before arriving without getting a response, maybe they were busy. When I arrive, i see 3 workers taking a smoke break with about 5 others inside just standing around. I call again to watch their behavior, phone rings, no one moves. I walk in to see one employee helping a table, one cooking, one somewhat washing dishes. What blows my mind is the other two, only being about 4 steps away from the counter, one employee demanded the other to hand her the food (assembly line style) to place on the customers table. That employee must have been in training because she didn't speak up or do anything, just took orders from the other employee. Once the lady was done with her demands, she goes out to have a smoke break. I wait an additional 5 mins as I watched 2 work (cook and the other help tables), the other 2 literally stood in front of me completely quiet not doing anything, just stood there. Phone rings and again no one answers. As I'm leaving one employee comes in from outside and I still saw 3 employees in the back on a smoke break. Changes definitely need to be made to this location or this one will not be in business too...

I should have known from as soon as me and my husband walked in that it wasn't going to be good. Pretty much all the tables were dirty so we were limited seating, mind you theere was only 1 other guest in there but her food was to go. Anyways I went to the bathroom and my husband orders our drinks I come out no drinks he goes to the bathroom comes back still no drinks. We wait another 5 min before our waitress comes to take our order, still no drinks and still no customers and still dirty tables. After we tell our server what we want we had to repeat it over and over even yelling it to the cook cuz they seem to not be able to get it right someone else had to come cook our food. 10 min later we got our food and our drinks. 20 mins waiting for our drinks though. The food didn't have everything I wanted but by that time I was just ready to eat and go. 15 min in I was still waiting on a waffle I ordered in the beginning with the rest of my food when I finally got it was burnt so I asked for another one and had to wait another 5 min.
