The space itself is a great size and has a lot of potential, but I was disappointed with how my event was handled.

There was an event before mine, and I felt like I had to constantly follow up with calls and emails just to get basic details confirmed. My event was scheduled to start at 6 PM, and even though I was told they might need an extra 15–20 minutes for setup, they were still setting up an hour and a half into my event time. Some tables didn’t even have tablecloths on them when I arrived. I had offered to come early to help set up but was told it wasn’t necessary.

On top of that, a few small maintenance issues, like a paper towel rack falling off the wall, added to the frustration.

Also, be aware that if you book a 6-hour slot, you may only get 5 hours of actual event time because they take about an hour to set up which isn’t clearly explained upfront.
