I've been here a few times and each time it's been the best experience I've had at any phone place. I would like to give extra thanks to Kevin I believe it is whose helped me nearly each time I've been here. He's so friendly and has a great attitude, and made me smile each time. Makes me feel welcome and not a bother. I had quite a few questions once and he was very patient and took care of everything with a outstanding customer service. I work retail so I understand how hard it can be sometimes. I think the best employees are here. I ride my bike around and this one is not exactly in the easiest ride to get to and from but given the exceptional customer service I like to come here when i have a question or just need to pay my phone bill. Terrible. As soon as I walked in the store it smelled like the employees just smoked marijuana recently in the back of the store and when I asked for a specific phone they didn't have it but another model, so I decided to take that one instead only for them to tell me they didn't have that one either. Came in to change service providers. Shawn was so helpfull and patient to get our numbers brought over to Metro. The young girl that was there was so nice she gave us 2 cases for our phones and gave us a discount on the glass protectors for the screen.
