If I could give them a one-star I would. The food is horrible. The staff is rude. The manager is rude. The food is disgusting. Don't ever eat here. It also made me sick to my stomach!

Yes I got very sick after I ate it. You didn't ask because you were too busy on the phone being rude and nasty to me, and lying on me. I don't appreciate the disrespectful manner in which you spoke to me.
I already told you I only complained once about a previous order. You lied and kept insisting that I had called all the time and complained, which is a lie. If that's true, why would I keep ordering my food from you? That sounds stupid and I'm definitely not stupid.
So, there's your truth. If you knew the right way to treat your customers instead of talking to me disrespectfully about the problems with my order, my missing food, my missing utensils, and you're horrible level of customer service and the disrespectful way that you talked to me on the phone today, maybe I wouldn't be writing this bad review.
Potential future customers deserve to know when you are rude and disrespectful to your customers, and when the food is bad.
I didn't write a bad review the last time I called to let you know that you burned my chicken in my taco. Instead. I reported it to a different person who said he was the manager, and he was very hospitable about it. He kindly replaced my food even though I told him he did not have to. If you had taken that same attitude with me today, perhaps I wouldn't be writing you such a bad review. You were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and didn't care that I did not receive adequate service.
And when I told you I was going to write you a bad review for how you treated me and my food not being adequate, you told me you didn't care if I wrote a bad reviews. So why are you responding to me now?
