*Update - The owner called me immediately after I posted this review and was professional and courteous and listened to me about my experience. He offered a gift certificate for a future treatment and did all the right things to rectify my poor experience.

I usually do not do a review especially if it's not a good one but I felt I needed to. My wife and I use to go for a"mani pedi" together. I have not gone for one since she passed 6 months ago. I decided to treat my self today. I did not go to the place we usually went it had tons many memories. That was a big mistake. The person I had doing my pedicure I got the.sense she really did not want to service me. I don't know if it was I was a man or she had another client waiting but I asked about a pedicure with a massage preferably 20 min. She said 10 min. She ended up doing 15 but it was not a goodfoot massage again I felt she did not want to be bothered I asked for callus remover and I'm no expert but she barely did anything. Finally I had also asked for a manicure and she ended up only doing a nail trim. I never even soaked my fingers so she could do the cuticles better. Very very...

I got my nails done two weeks ago and 7 of my nails have fallen off. I called three days ago and they said my nails would be free because they all shouldn’t be falling off. I went in yesterday for the appointment THEY scheduled for me and when I got there they didn’t have time for me, which was already annoying, and then they said they could give me a gift card with 50% of what I paid originally or come back tomorrow. I said come back tomorrow and then when I called in the morning to make sure i had my appointment they said there was no appointment there at all. So I scheduled another one expecting it to be free like they said and then they said it wouldn’t be free because after two weeks they should be refilled. They said the max their nails last is two weeks. So if you want to get nails that last don’t go here. If you want them to look good don’t recommend here either. Got nano brows done with Demi and I love them! Before my brows were very blonde (unlike my hair color) and basically nonexistent. Demi really took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and was very thorough through the whole process. She really took the time to make sure the end product was exactly what I wanted. My brows look so natural now and never have to worry about taking the time to fill them in everyday. I really love the way they look and recommend nano brows to anyone who is looking for a natural, low maintenance brow look!
