I have a 23 year old Thermospa hot tub that is still in great condition. I recently had an issue where the heater stayed on all the time. Long story short, I could not get service on my hot tub, nor parts or a replacement control board. I suspected a stuck heater relay, but nobody does circuit board repair these days. Everybody I talked to wanted to sell me a new $20k spa. Yeah right!! Well after an exhausting search for weeks I stumbled upon Portage Electronics Inc. I talked with Mary who was soooo nice. She said "sure, bring your board in or you can mail it to us". I decided to drop it off. Within a week I got a call from Mary saying my board was fixed and it was a bad relay. Mind you, if I could get a new board it was over $900. I proceeded to pick up the board and met the man who fixed my board. So kind. So nice to talk to. Cost me $104 and my spa is back in action.
