We had a handprint/footprint put on clay that was supposed to be a keepsake for Christmas. We did it and paid for it on December 14th. After that we NEVER heard from anyone. Called, emailed and asked on Facebook when it would be ready. We were told it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. It has now been 15 weeks and still have heard nothing. So I went to the shop to pick it up and the item I received looked NOTHING like the photo we were shown when we bought it. You couldn’t see the hand or footprint. The writing of my child’s name looked like a child did it. It was full of cracks. It was an absolute waste of time and money. The owner never came speak to me. Or apologize for the long wait. Do not buy from this business. No customer service after the sale. Purchased outdoor yard and began to rot and weather about one month after purchasing. Reached out to owner who initially said she would replace it because it must have been a bad batch. She never responded to multiple emails or messages after after she first responded and we never received a new yard sign months later. Decor is extremely poor quality and not as advertised. Outdoor sign was made with particle board that was not sealed or made for outdoor usage. Do not waste your money from this vendor. Poor customer service...

The lack of customer service here is absolutely wild. One of my best friend’s is getting married. She started the process of ordering a champagne bucket in June. It took until September for her to get it and I had to borderline harass them to get this bucket. They stopped answering my phone calls and I would call from other numbers to get someone to talk to. We needed to do a reorder and pay for a 2nd bucket and happy to do it. They have fallen off the face of the earth and not fulfilled anything.
