Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rayne

First off the associates didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. One sitting down by the door, the other one was sitting down in the back of the register. I’m looking like well hello not one person responded back. I said it again (Hello)cause at this point it’s no way not one of them isn’t acknowledging the customer!!! They were 2 males Keelyn ,and Gavin. I placed my order cause I’m hungry for a pizza. Came back within 10 minutes it was Hot and fresh. Go back next door by the laundry room,started eating my pizza to only find a hair under my pizza😩😩! Returned back by Pizza Hut only for Keelyn to question what color was the hair cause apparently Gavin made the pizza as he would say.Keep looking at Gavin like to say your hair is brown but Keelyn Hair is black. He hesitated to give me a refund but i stated I want my refund no an if or butts. That’s why it’s no business at that location due to poor management skills and customer service!!! Normally I'm totally satisfied with my experience. This time the delivery driver didn't bother to knock or get down. How do I know? My cameras show it. The driver never came. When I called the person lied & said that they knocked but no one answered (I also was in the room by the door the whole time). They said they'd come back which they did. This time they pulled in my driveway and never knocked or got down. This also was on camera (I watched). We went to the door & after that the driver got down. I purchased two melts that also came with what appears to be just bread and cheese & not appropriately cooked. So aggravating...

This location has awesome management that really care and employees that are friendly and add extra little add-ons like personalized thank you notes. I have no complaints about any of the staff or management or really even the wait time on the busiest days. I will say, I would recommend not ordering stuffed crust from this location. I'm not sure what it is or why but 8/10 times that I order it there's some issue either the Crust or the dough itself.
