Dollar General — Local services in Rayne

I called the Dollar General in Rayne by the dapot to see if they had an oscillating fan. The lady that I talked to went check and said that they had one left. I told her I was on my way to get it. When I walked in told the cashier that I was there to buy the fan. I explained about my calling and the cashier telling me that they had one fan. The man that I talked to did like he didn't want to be bothered to serve me. He tried to tell me that the phone didn't work. I knew what phone number I had called. Because of the way that I was treated by the employee I will never shop there again. That is the only Dollar General that I used to shop at. Now he caused them to lose a customer. I really enjoy going to this location customer service is great and everyone is always helpful. As I got in my car and was driving away I had to ask God to help everyone at this location cause it really needs to be known they work hard and try their hardest to satisfy every single customer that walks through their doors .I also seen the things they have to go through with other customers and that is not called for So I will pray all see what good they do .God Bless each and everyone and I will continue to pray for peace at youll location. This Dollar General is nice. I prefer it over the one headed towards Church Point. It's not so cluttered and the employees are helpful and nice AF. Shelves are always fronted and it's a clean store. It's so nice, I don't mind waiting in line, AT ALL. I notice at most Dollar General's, most don't have process on the items in their clearance section, but this one usually has them all marked.
