A Negative Star is Needed! This store is TRASH! Never again! The worst experience! At least for me. In the middle of letting My daughther pick her dress, one of their employees, had the audacity to assume how much I had to spend. (I ask for the price of the dress Jay liked, she reply $385. Then continue with telling me it’s okay if it’s not in my price range sending me off else where) Furthermore upon entry the First Lady which should have been wearing a confederate flag as a dress totally disregarded us as paying customers in such a rush to brush us off because she had a ongoing appointment and I should have book one, after I have had many attempts reaching out, trying to set a appointment and was left on view on their FB messenger, she suggested I go on the website when I can clearly see they was viewing my messages. Everyone knows me very well & know how i have no limits for my kids, especially how hard they have been working on their first communion and Baptism, but I refuse to spend my money in this place, even after my 12yr old son explain to her what she did wrong she continued sending us off to other stores as if we had any plans to stay there waisting our time and money. Customer service at it's best, Amy was so accommodating! I brought my daughter here for a first communion dress, the quality was top of the line and dresses were one of a kind!
