Took my 2 children and nephew last night. Got a page to come back, so I called on the way down there obviously concerned as a parent, the director Melanie answered and said you just need to come here and hung up. I get there and she said my son had said a bad word and was upset so the kids had to leave, I tried to ask more questions to get information as that’s not normal at all she was rude absolutely terrible customer service! She should not be allowed to be the director of anything let alone children!! On the way home my daughter tells me what happened mind you this is the 2nd visit there and on the first visit was told his account would show he has adhd and autism which it didn’t and 2nd my daughter explained 2 older kids were trash talkin and bullying my son and he finally reacted along with my daughter saying all the director was doing the whole time was trash talking kids and their parents the whole time. She’s highly unfit to be around kids and now my son looks targeted whether or not that was the case the 2 kids who bullied my biracial child were never sent home only my child was. not to mention i asked for the kids to be fed and they werent and when i said i shouldnt have to pay a dime after what she did she threatened to call the cops even though i still had my card in hand ready to pay it. people who are around kids should be held to a higher standard at all times and she is not fit to be around kids that was melanie the director who did all of this and i truly...
Read moreMy grandson has been going to Kids Quest since he was 3 and is now 8 years old. Kids Quest was his favorite place on earth. The whole school was told by him how great it was. Since the complete personnel change, that is not the case by us or him. The first time he was there several weeks ago he said they kept getting yelled at for doing things like tag in the gym area and other times. The last time we weren’t was Saturday a couple weeks ago, I knew they had had the sign up saying they were working on deciding hours so I looked online. It said they were open at 11am, so we drove 60 minutes to find no note but the gate was down. A couple other people where standing there to. I rattled the cage because someone was in the office. She finally came out and she said it didn’t open till 4. I told here it was 11 according to the website and she gave me the attitude that I was wrong so I showed her the website. She opened the gate, looked at my phone and told me she didn’t care what the website said and we were just out of luck. You went from a staff that remembered my grandson even after it being closed for covid to a group of people that don’t give a darn about the kids and tried to upsell products. Last night all the kids were left unattended while the supervisor had an anxiety attack while dramatizing what should have been a easy fix. The director who was called to rectify the situation has been there for years and her inability to effectively run the childcare says a lot about upper management and her professionalism.
While Kids Quest scrambled to fix their error and false advertising parents where lined up for an hour awaiting to pick up their children. I was over charged on my bill and the supervisor Makiya had no clue how to fix their error. The director Shannon’s solution was to call the police as if I was refusing to pay my actual bill causing a unnecessary seen in front of minor children left unattended. Only for Treasure Island supervisors and security to arrive in utter disgust of how Kids Quest escalated a situation that was their fault to begin and ultimately paying my entire bill as an apology for Kids Quest and their management.
