CLIFFSTONES ROCKS & GEMS — Attraction in Reedsport

Edit* I was finally able to catch them open and I have to say it was worth the wait. When we first walked in I was skeptical because there was only a small child in the shop, no adults, but after a few minutes the lady came in and apologized,citing a family emergency - totally understandable. The shop was so much fun. We purchased geodes and opened them. Prices were great and we got mystery bags and boxes that were jam packed with very nice goodies. I hope we are able to catch them open again before we leave. 4 stores only because of the difficulty in finding them ope..*

I don't think this shop wants to be in business. Drove by twice and it was closed. Called the number (they not professional on the phone) and asked about the hours. I went by FIVE TIMES during the hours they were supposed to be open and they were not. The reviews sound like it would be a fun place but I never got the chance. Hopefully things will change, but I'm guessing...

This is a GREAT rock, gem, and fossil shop on the Oregon coast. It is a family-owned business and both Danielle and Cliff are knowledgeable, personable, and LOVE to talk rocks!! Cliff does the amazing photography and I purchased one of the Trent Agates shown on their website, a large piece of Australian Dendritic Opal, and some rare and unique petrified wood. Danielle is a true rockhound who searches for agates after work (ask her to show you the amazing Holly Blue agate she found) and gave me a recommendation for a local beach in the area. Don’t let the appearance of a small shop deter you from stopping - their prices and selection are amazing. They have points, slices, geodes, towers, spheres, slabs and Thunder Eggs you can open in the store. I would 100% recommend that you stop if you are in the area. I will definitely be stopping by next time I am anywhere near...

My best friend is visiting from Washington this month and we decided to go and check out some of the crystal shops we had in the area. First off, the vibes in this store were immaculate. The owner, Danielle, was so friendly and SO helpful with everything we asked, it was just an amazing experience. This was one of the few shops I've visited since starting my journey with crystals and such, and I will 100% be going back there in the future (next week to be exact😅). She has so many affordable and beautiful pieces in the shop, rock tumbler, geodes, towers, spheres... and she is willing to order anything she doesn't have in stock just for you! If you are into crystals and gems, I would 10/10 recommend...
