The Orca Point Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Reedsport

The Orca Point Restaurant and Bar in Winchester Bay Oregon is the best food my husband and I have tasted in a long time. Orca has a small menu a little pricey but worth it, if your looking for a great taste that keeps you wanting more here it is. We loved the music and the battery operated candle at our table. This was our 10 year anniversary and we wanted to try something new. My husband had never tried sushi and didn't realize he ordered Ahi tacos, it turned out to be the best fish tacos he'd ever eaten. I ordered the Coconut shrimp curry "spicy", I was a little skeptical on eating the spicy curry, but it turned out to be amazing. I would have loved for it to be spicier lol but it was still delicious. The cook came over and gave us another dish to try. It was seared Ahi, Orca style OMG good, good ,good is all we have to say about this food. My husband and I were so happy with our meal and how nice the employees were we are telling everyone we know.

This place was absolutely overpriced. We went in with no other patrons in the restaurant . Took 10 min to get our orders put in. The food was absolutely disgusting. The 25 dollar halibut sticks were less quality than fish Friday at the high school. The shrimp fettuccine had the markings of a pasta-roni box meal that took 30 minutes to cook. Their Salmon grilled filets looked like they were caught on the dock and missed the grill on the way in. Their clam chowder were lose awards to the Campbell’s New England canned from the grocery store. The only reason this place has 5 star reviews is because they buy those reviews with free cheesecake for a 5 star review, if you’re into cheesecake from the frozen section at Walmart. The food here is Amazing! After a day on the dunes nothing beats this place for Food & Drinks. Heck we’ve eaten here twice this week and will probably eat here two more times before UTV Takeover is over....
