Very unprofessional experience. They tried to pressure me into a purchase of an in store diamond and not switch out the diamond for another one in their online catalog. They wanted me to settle on a ring with a large dark inclusion. They kept throwing cheap slalesman strategy by saying things like "but imagine the look on her face when she sees that ring" and "it's your mind playing tricks. This ring is perfect and she will love it, but if you take time to think about it it might be gone tomorrow. That's why you HAVE TO buy it right now." They were afraid if I looked around town I would find a better deal and not come back. That's because they can't compete with the other jewelers. If you look at your other options you will realize Jensen's is a scam that is overpriced. I found the exact same ring with a bigger and better stone at Alpines for half the price. Unlike every other jeweler around town they could not offer zero interest financing, even for just a few months. And my credit is great. My experience at Alpine Jewelers was 100% better and I easily qualified for zero interest financing for over a year. Alpine Jewlers had a better selection, and I looked over several different diamonds to find the perfect one. I would never make a purchase at this...
Read moreI finally got my finance's ring today, two months to the day after I had it ordered. They originally told me "2-4 weeks but probably closer to 2 weeks." Over 8 weeks later, I got it. They said that they didn't know that their manufacturer was going to close down for two weeks for the Chinese new year, even though that happens once a year. Even then, it should have been here long ago. The manager made up excuses and didn't seem competent when he was confronted. They wouldn't allow me to cancel the order and get a refund. The only thing they gave me was a "loaner" ring so I could actually propose. They also gave me a free men's ring, which should come standard if you go to another place. They tell students that they get 50% off the price of the ring. Well, if you go to their website, the price of the rings are already 50% off. They will tell you that it is their promotional price. Over 8 weeks later, the prices haven't changed on the website. So if you are not a student, you better tell them to give you the website price. They run a terrible business. I do not recommend going here if you are planning on getting engaged quickly. You will have to wait forever to get the ring. I will say that the ring is very nice and we are very...
Read moreIf you want to get scammed by Stephen but Steven is how you pronounce his name, who wears a bunch of rings on his fingers, go here. This guy lied to my husband and had him sign the paper to "save" the ring for later and took him aside away from me because he knew I would have said heck no. We ended up paying them over 4,000 for this ring and it worked out in the end, but I would NOT go here. They trick you into buying very expensive things and say they will "save" it for you. They are a fraud place. Money hungry people and they get away with it. Especially in a college town full of students who don't fully understand. We told this guy over 10 times that we are NOT buying this freaking ring right now and he went ahead and scammed him anyways. His name was Stephen or Steven is how you pronounce it. That guy is such a low life. Just saying if you go there don't trust him. I went in and talked to Steven and of course he blamed it on my husband saying he said he wanted to purchase it but he didn't and then his parents even came in and talked to this guy. Again blamed it on my husband. Like don't trust him at all. He is a liar and a fraud. Look at the other one star reviews! They have tried to scam other...
