Rustic Floral & Gifts — Attraction in Rexburg

My fiance was looking for floral options for our wedding and set up an appointment at everyday floral. She showed up at the scheduled time and the lady who was there was unaware that an appointment was ever made and acted extremely inconvenienced that my fiance was there at all. Instead of offering up suggestions and ideas she made my fiance feel small because she didn't have "examples" of what she wanted by bringing in pictures. We were hoping she could offer a ballpark price range but she wouldn't help because we didn't know exactly what our "budget" was. Other floral shops in Rexburg and St Anthony were very helpful, sat her down to go over ideas, made her feel important and offered options budget wise. This lady stood at the counter acting like she was put out that she had to actually work at her job and my fiance eventually had to just said thank you and leave. I went in to get prices for wedding flowers and they were completely unprofessional. I knew more of what I was talking about than they did! They were not familiar with the flowers I wanted, all they asked about was a brides bouquet and grooms corsage then they thought they were done, when I said i wanted groomsmen and bridesmaids they were shocked, when i said i wanted flowers for the parents they were shocked, and when i said i wanted centerpieces they were completely shocked! I had even asked before we started if they do wedding flowers and had done weddings before and they said they had. Anyone who has done wedding flowers before should expect to do more than just one bouquet and boutonniere. Then when I told them I wanted a price quote they were shocked and they got mad that I was shopping around for flowers, they had expected I was going to use them so once they found out (which i had told them in the very first place that it was just a price quote and they ignored me) they treated me like I had wasted their time. I hate to write this because I used them once before and they did a great job. But with how terribly dishonest they were this last time, I will never use them again. We ordered a 70 dollar bouquet for my mother-in-law's birth day. Needless to say what was sent was only a quarter of the size that it was advertised to be. (no exaggeration. my wife counted all the flowers from the picture to make sure.) Thinking this might have been a mistake we went in to talk to them about it. They told us it was not a mistake, "They just didn't have all the flowers in stock" now if they had called and informed me of the situation and offered an alternative, or even discount for the lack of amount in floral promised, it wouldn't have bothered me and I would have worked with them. But instead they did not notify me. They made the very small bouquet and then charged me the full amount!!!!!!! That would fall under the category of theft and false advertising. and really really bad...
