The first time I found this park, I was lucky enough to catch some pelicans dive bombing at fish about 100 feet from where I sat on the cement steps next to the WWII Ship Building Tribute Circle that looks out into the Bay. From then I was sold. I've come several times through the years and told so many people about this area with beautiful landscaping and Bay views, and wonderful stories from local history affected by the world community.
