If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This is a long review but an honest one. I can't say enough good things about this place. When I arrived Mike and Mo were very welcoming. Mike is whom did our repairs was extremely knowledgeable friendly and honest. My husband originally brought in his gaming laptop for repair last fall and Mike had it fixed up and running very quickly for him. When he came home and told us about his experience at Mo's Wireless he couldn't say enough good things about it and how wonderful and knowledgeable Mike was. So when we had an issue with my son's desktop computer in for repair we decided to try Mo's instead of the big box store since my husband was so impressed. We we very glad we did Mike had cleaned it out (btw who knew they could get so much dust and pet hair in them) he fixed our issues and had it running better than when we brought in. If you guys don't need repairs I highly recommend even calling these guys to see if they can clean it out for you because it is amazing what a good job they did and how much better the computer is running. I was shocked to see how much they were able to get out of there even though we use the compressed air to blow our computer clean it's still wasn't clean enough. But after they got it and cleaned it all out it almost looked new. Mike continually kept us updated with what was going on with our system and we didn't have to wait for hours or day to get a return phone call or answer. We were very pleased with the work he had done and how it was done in a timely manner. When you go into the store it's very welcoming and you don't feel intimidated like you would at a big box store. We have already now officially repeat customers and will continue to do so . Mike and Mo don't make you feel like just another number they actually make you feel valued as a customer. Their prices are reasonable and the turnaround time is too I highly recommend that you guys go check out Mo's wireless for all your computer and cell phone repair needs. Mike definitely needs to be acknowledged for his professionalism and honesty. When you receive that kind of service you definitely want to come back and recommend it to others we definitely will be. If you are looking for someone who does fast honest reliable work then go to Mo's Wirelss you won't be disappointed. And trust me I am the kind of person that will be very Honest about reviews whether they're good or bad because truly the review is the only way a new customer can get the real feeling of what they're about to encounter. Again I highly recommend you guys at least go check them out give them a chance they're a small business that we need to support locally and they're doing a great job. In one last note when we went and picked up our equipment Mike was currently fixing someone's iPhone and Teaching them how to properly care for their phone And telling them what they could use on it to help keep it in the best condition possible. I absolutely loved how he was not condescending while doing this like most big box stores or other repair shops do he was kind friendly and honest give these guys a chance...
Read moreThe fact that this business has a perfect 5 star rating leads me to believe that the reviews are either from him, his friends, are someone closely associated with him. The reason I can say that is because on Monday July 15 I was seeking service with this business and the customer service I experience was subpar and left very much to be desired . #1 I was not made to feel welcomed at all. Staff (owner) never spoke even after making eye contact with me. After approaching the counter he asked rudely what could he do for me. I handed him my tablet and told him the issues I was experiencing. He quickly glanced over it said I had a faulty chip it was going 2 cost to much to fix and don't buy that brand anymore. Handed me back my tablet and went back to whatever he was doing (BASICALLY HE DIDN'T WANT MY BUSINESS) so I left and decided to get a second opinion I Google another repair shop which led me to iRepair. When I got there the owner immediately spoke when I walked in I thought that's a positive sign. He effectively resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. Which indicated to me was that either Moe's was either unfamiliar with the problem or uninterested in addressing it. I recommend patronizing iRepair at 398 US hwy 51 for all your electronics repair needs

I left after I was told in a very rude manner that you wasn't able to service me. In fact you told me to don't buy that product again. Referring to my brand of tablet. That's when I left went to iRepair who not only solved the issue but provided excellent customer service. I even called back at 1:49 upon leaving iRepair to let you know yes iRepair was able to service me and gave me good customer service. The response that was given to me and I quote was " you called to tell me that" it was a young African American male. Very rude and condescending...so yes I will gladly advocate for iRepair because as the saying goes a happy customer tells one person while an unsatisfied customer broadcast their bad experience to the world...and I'm lettings the world know on all my platforms to not patronize this business. BUT INSTEAD OF MO'S ACCEPTING OWNERSHIP THAT THEY FAILED ME AS A CUSTOMER THEY RATHER SHIFT THE BLAME AS IF THIS IS ALL JUST A ATTEMPT TO PROMOTE ANOTHER BUSINESS. A SIMPLE "IM SORRY" CAN GO A LONG WAY SIR..BUT INSTEAD OF YOU APOLOGIZING YOU RUINED IT WITH AN EXCUSE...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...
Read morenot sure about other devices but as far as phone screens my experience didn’t end up well. So, i needed my screen replaced on my iPhone 14, I came in they got it fixed, but shortly after my phone stopped working and started glitching. I brought the phone back once again they fixed it under warranty this time, but shortly after I left my phone immediately started having issues, my screen would go black and I would be unable to touch anything on my screen & I’d have to wait a few minutes to be able to use my phone again. The screen would glitch and it was just a frustrating experience. Then my phone fell off the frame of my bed a very very short distance from the floor on to my thick carpet, i honestly didn’t expect anything to come from it, I wish i could show you all the bed frame and close it is to the ground so you can truly understand how disappointed and confused I was when I picked my phone up and it was completely glitched out and the screen had a crack on the top and bottom. I went back in for a repair but he wanted to charge another $120 on top of the $120 I just paid not even a week ago, understandable he has a business to run, but I figured I take my chance else where because there is no reason my phone should have broke again the first time with no fall , then the second time all that damage from that small fall ? unbelievable. I think the screen was just cheaply made. I took my phone else where, got a new screen replacement, and now there is no glitching, no randomly going black and it was wayyyyyy cheaper !! :) it’s actually a full screen also , the screen I got from mo’s had a black perimeter around the my screen I wasn’t sure what...
