Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I placed a order for home delivery meat lover pizza easy on sauce! Receive order totally wrong! Immediately call the store to inform about the error spoke with Tommy Ford very ruled stating he would give a credit to account but want to give the amount he want not what I paid for order! Then after he realize that he was being argumentative he then stated ma’am I will be getting you a pizza back to your home! I stated fine cause I can’t eat this one anyway! Waited a hour an 26minutes no knock or texts! So I call back to the store spoke with manager Demarcus he apologize and stated he will get it to my home! Ok 47minutes pass by a hard knock on my door open up my pizza is laying on the ground I hollow hey pizza guy why did you do this? The guy told me we was crazy anyway!!! But I will see how corporate going to like the way they or conducting business being ruled to customers alone with handling customer food? I am very pleased with the service tonight, I placed an order via a mobile app. Once I paid for it I asked for delivery, the app is supposed to work with DoorDash and the app stated via text that my order will arrive around the 11:05 PM ETA, but the person that delivered my food around 10:50 PM was an employee of Pizza Hut and one of their drivers, he said that they were looking for the third-party driver (DoorDash) and said that they couldn't find him so the employee took it upon himself to deliver my order for me. I just want to praise the driver of Pizza Hut and say that he went out of his way when he probably was supposed to leave work for the evening and decided to bring my order to me otherwise I would have waited longer for it. This driver tonight (I didn't catch his name) deserves a pay raise and showed excellent customer service as well. I ordered from this location (Lake Harbour) for the first time in over 2 years. I had stopped ordering Pizza Hut Pizza at this location. However, I ordered some two weeks ago and it was great. I couldn’t believe the difference from two years ago. Obviously, there’s someone there that truly cares about the quality of their work. It was so good, that I ordered again the next week thinking that I would be disappointed. Yet again, it was great! It looked great, it was cooked well and it also tasted great! I stopped ordering in the past because it wasn’t done and it just looked like it was thrown together. The two pizzas that I’ve gotten on separate occasions in the past two weeks look like they could have been on a commercial. Keep up the great work on making your pizza.
