Please don’t use Xfinity. I asked to cancel it last year. And they were still charging me via auto payment. I called again and thought maybe I lacked information and thought about forgetting the payments I made without using because I didn’t want a hassle. But, today they decided to charge me again. I canceled 2 times. And still they want to charge me. $280 in their pocket without using it. And even if you cancel it. It’s hard to reach an agent to actually help you. One of the agent was speaking as if they didn’t want to do anything. And if you’re lucky you get a really kind agent that assists you. But on the end of the day. Don’t push your luck on using something like this service. I would recommend using a bigger company with a better service.

Read moreI’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Xfinity Mobile. I initially signed up for 2 lines, but due to an error by one of their agents, 3 lines were added to my account. I’m still only using 2 lines, yet I’ve been charged for 3 lines every month for the past 8 months.
Despite multiple visits to their store and sending emails, no one has resolved the issue or even responded to my concerns. Their customer service has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I’ve wasted time and money trying to fix something that was never my fault to begin with.

They asked me to call them on a different line. I asked a store associate it they had a phone in this communication store that I could use to call their store technician. This individual told me that their phone in the store did not work. After kooling down I ask to speak with a manager. I asked the same questions. She replied yes reluctantly.
