I remember this place when I was in high school. Rhe place had been abandoned for many years until the government decided to renovate it and created El Faro Park. As a law enforcement officer, I patrol this area almost on a weekly basis. Today 11/28/2021I stopped for a second to take some pictures as I am patrolling in Rincón.

This beach is beautiful, and being the westernmost part of the island, it assures you the most beautiful sunsets.

Today the park looks clean, could be better? Off course, but since this is a free attraction, I suppose the government don't want to spend money fixing the few things that are broken.

Still, you will get very nice pictures specially if you come during sunsets.

Could be a great place to have a date with a lady, if the man is a gentleman and does not play reageton on his car radio ( a true gentleman know...

This is a beautiful destination to fully immerse yourself in stunning ocean views while creating lasting memories with family and friends. The on-site restaurant offers a delightful dining experience, featuring a diverse menu with local ingredients. I highly recommend trying their signature mojitos, which are made with crushed mint and freshly squeezed lime for the perfect balance of sweetness and refreshment. For an unforgettable experience, plan your visit during sunset when the sky transforms into a breathtaking palette of oranges, pinks, and purples, providing a picturesque backdrop...

This is a nice and peaceful location to watch the waves at Domes Beach. Benches are sporadically in place to sit and soak in the view of the lighthouse and tourists visiting this site. You can also purchase drinks/beverages and an assortment of pastelillos from fillings with beef, chicken, seafood, and even rabbits to be consumed as music plays in the background On-site are a few vendors selling their hand-made jewelry as well. Parking is on site with no hassles. There's a telescopical viewfinder device to see Desecheo Island. It's a tranquil pitstop...

Great place to look at the ocean. Getting there was kind of scary because of all the turns and mountains but the place was worth it. It has the most beautiful view I've seen in the area and the sunset is supposedly the most beautiful in PR. I would suggest going close to sundown so you can fully absorb everything. There is a lot of sitting area if you're willing to get dirty if not standing will do the trick. There are also a lot of people selling touristy things when you first get there and they also sell paletas which is a great refreshing snack.
