Rio Rancho T-Shirts — Attraction in Rio Rancho

I'm updating my review of this business - while I do not want to interact with Monica in the future, this company always does a fantastic job on letterman jacket patches. They are very reasonably priced and usually complete the job before the time the quote. I have been very happy to take both of my boy's letterman jackets here and will continue to do so.

We always enjoy supporting local businesses and I have only had positive experiences with everyone else in your business, except Monica. Miscommunication happens, but it was unprofessional and totally unacceptable for Monica to yell at my son twice on the phone. I appreciate your response to my review.

I have used Rio Rancho tshirts exclusively for both my sons letterman jacket patches. my senior wanted to create a special tshirt project for his coaches and so he went to Rio Rancho tshirt. he placed the order with 3 weeks until the deadline. Monica, who he spoke with and placed the order with said they would have the order ready on time. he tried to confirm the date twice with her and she was condescending and rude to him. I thought maybe she just doesn't like teenagers and we decided to proceed with the order. the Monday before the due date, my son still hadn't heard from them, so I went in person to check the status. Monica was there and claimed she was very familiar with the project and seemed irritated that I would come in and ask questions. she then confirmed that she had the wrong date, but said she would get it done by the next day, which was the original due date. she emailed my son and said she would send him the design to proof "early the next morning". my son waited until 11am and called her to check the status. she was irritated and rude to him over the phone but said she would get him the proof. he waited until 130pm, and called again to check the status. she yelled at him for bothering her and scolded him for questioning her. when he said he was concerned that it wouldn't be finished because she wasn't listening to him, she yelled at him some more, and acted like she was doing him a favor by rushing it, even though she had the wrong date to begin with. they did get the order completed on time, but, unfortunately I will not be using this business again for anything and i will not recommend them at all. The front office lady, Monica, is very unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude. We initially made our order in May 2022 and they messed up the hats because they don't have a hat embroidery machine, it would have been nice to know. We asked them for a refund and she said no because they are a family business, so we asked for credit on the screen printed shirts, she said ok. Now, 6 months later the shirts are still not done and she said the credit we not cover the cost and they could try and make the hats again...

Update 1/5/2023: So now Monica is telling me that they don't have my logo and it will be $50 to digitize it... No! I will now request a full refund! I tried to give the shop the benefit of the doubt because they are a local shop, but Monica is driving their...

I gave them two item last month for my job to get customized before the balloon fiesta started I was told 2 weeks but now almost a hole month every time I called for a update I was told it's being worked on but it wasn't it was being hold back because of big orders or the machine was down poor customer service I was told it was a cheaper option but now I know that it only for bulk orders and not single item orders I had to go get both items returned to me because keep telling they had 8,000 Pieces sorry but I'm not going back there or suggest to anyone only if for bulk orders more the 100 I hear asl custum are more Reasonable they focus more on single item orders and not...
