Steve Jobs once said "Be a yardstick of quality. Some people are not used to an environment where excellence is expected". This perfectly fits the quota of Flowers and Things. Their excellence in customer service exceeds expectations by far. I walked in after a long day working at the office, thinking "lets get this over with already." But just being in there for a little bit made my day. I walked in to the smell of fresh plants, and Purple Rain by Prince playing in the background. "Welcome to flowers and things!" Said a voice coming from the counter, sounding ecstatic to receive another costomer. I ordered some flowers for my wife to be delivered in a week, as it was our anniversary. A week passed by and the door ringed 15 minutes earlier then expected. I opened the door to a polite young man. "Good afternoon sir! Flowers for Isaac?" He was the most polite teenage boy I have ever seen. "That's me." I said, shocked at how proper he was. "Thank you sir, could you sign here?" I signed, and just before he left, he said "thank you for ordering from flowers and things, and have a great rest of your day sir!". I get my flowers from exclusively there now, and I don't think I'll ever switch. Thank you flowers and things, for treating the customer better than any other place I have...

Great service, dedicated staff, fantastic flowers!

I was in need of some (almost) last minute flowers for my wife's birthday so I was scouring the internet wasteland for a local shop that could deliver on relatively short notice. Lo and behold, Flowers & Things popped up. They were close to my location (I do like to support local shops when I can) and had a "same day" delivery option.

Being 2022 and supplies are limited everywhere, and even then my wife's birthday is close to Valentine's Day, I was definitely up against a wall. And to make things even worse, the ABQ metro area was subject to a major winter storm, dumping major snow and leaving treacherous icy roads all over the valley the day prior.

But Shawna and her crew definitely pulled through and made a beautiful arrangement. (Seriously, they had limited inventory, and it's still one of the nicest arrangements I've ever seen.) Moreover, despite the treacherous road conditions, they managed to pull in some outside resources to make the on-time delivery.

I couldn't be happier with the product and the service. I will absolutely look to this local florist for all my future floral...

Recently my wife and I celebrated our 7 year anniversary. I was forced out of town for mandatory work training during the special day. (Needless to say my wife was not happy about this 😬) I was immediately placed on a time crunch. I had little time to purchase a gift for my wife and contact Flowers and things for some help. I was able to drop the gift off with the Flowers and Things staff and provided them with a few details and let them work their magic! (Note, the gift was very pricey and had no issues with trust).... Worked their magic they did! They delivered the arrangement to my wife and she loved it! They did an amazing job putting together the arrangement with the little time I gave them. I was extremely satistifed with the customer service and their willingness to help me in anyway they could!!! All this despite having to change the delivery times at the last minute. I highly recommend Flowers and Things. I have dealt with them on other occasions as well and have been more than satisfied with their professionalism and talent!!!! Thank you for saving...
