UPDATE: Do Not Recommend! After receiving an email asking me to come back and get 15% off my entire order, I placed an online order only to be told that they are not able to honor the coupon that was sent and nothing could be done about it. I did voice my frustration, saying that's irritating. The only reason I was even in the store is because I was solicited to "enjoy" a discount off my entire order. Instead I was told that I would either have to pay full price for my flower, or leave and come back and place ANOTHER order because the flower was on sale, so the coupon couldn't apply. Then, of the other two products that I had, I was offered 20% off one of the items - LITERALLY the reason I came in was being offered 15% off the entire order, not 20% off one item and the run-around to buy flower. Then, once she had my money, she calls ME not nice and rude because I voiced frustration over this ridiculous ploy to get me in the store. So I asked for my money back then. But she couldn't give me money back either - even though I never accepted the product. All this to find out this person who couldn't do anything at all to honor the coupon I was sent is a manager! After insisting , she gave me money just to not deal with me. I have never been treated so poorly here before. I don't know how or why this woman is a manager when she can't take someone being frustrated over a false advertisement. Today was the WORST dispensary experience I've ever had. Thanks to Michelle, I never want to go back to PurLife again. I used toreally like all of the staff here!

They are ALWAYS kind to me and patient and helpful! However, I do feel ripped off when I buy a gram, and all I get out of it is one bowl in a tiny chillum and then have only half a bowl left. That isn't right, and I feel shorted. I know how much I should get out of a gram and how long it should last - something is off. From one gram to the next, they are all giving different actual amounts - one package gets three bowls, the next barely two, and now this, one and a half. I went to Rio rancho location off southern and gulf course purlife as a new patient. I was the first customer of the day. When I walked in there was no greet. I did the hello good morning routine for the hooded tattoo guy doing the check in. I was there with my wife because I'm on crutches so she drives me,opens doors for me and carrys my stuff. I registered and as I went to the back they wouldn't let wifey back to help me like the other places. The bud tender said not to sorry I will help you. Ok. Problem solved.I then approach the bud tender when begins a presentation of products though unsolicited.I kindly ask him to please forego the present action because I already saw the menu online and because of the pain I was in would just like to order what I came for and be on my way. The bud tender turned out to be the manager and he said.NO.I CANT JUST ORDER and BE ON MY WAY. Then he says in fact he wasn't go to sell me anything because I interupted his presentation rudely. I asked for manager.He said I am he.I was surprised!. He then went on to snarl and I'm banning you from here to never come back.I told him I do reviews and he's gonna be sorry He said I don't care go and do your review.So here it is.Got up early made it there was treated badly and kicked out a block on my name so I could never return there. I was told to remove my sun glasses when talking to him. So I did.
