Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

Pizza is great as always but what made me mad I was having a birthday party and I ordered a couple pizzas and on the estimated delivery time and stated that we will be here within an hour.. after an hour and a half I decided to call and just see if the food have left the store yet, Apparently whoever is answering phones is overseas which was surprising considering Pizza Hut is down the street.. when I called to check on my pizza the lady was so rude and told me I had an estimated wait time of 146 minutes.. when I asked her if the driver had left the store yet she wouldn’t tell me she just kept repeating 146 minutes is what you were quoted.. so I do frustration I requested to speak to somebody at the store so I can see if the driver has left his mind you I have a house full of hungry kids.. The rude lady put me on hold and I highly doubt she ever transferred me to the store out of frustration I hung up. 2 1/2 hours later the pizza finally arrives the driver was great she was very friendly and the pizza was amazing I was just very upset with the service I received from the lady on the phone...

Everytime we order pizza from the RR Southern location(the one closest to our home) the delivery takes forever! Tonight we ordered at about 6pm and didn't receive the pizza until 8:30pm. Yes, it's a "fight night", and Friday night... but maybe let your customers know it'll be 2 and a half hours, not tell them it will be 45 to an hour and then keeps pushing it out. DoorDash kept alerting me the order was picked up, then it would refreah and say the driver was waiting on the order. This happened 4 times. When I called to inquire about our order, the girl who answered said the driver just picked it up. He still sat at the store for 20 minutes. When I spoke to the manager, "Mario", he stated the employee was unsure of the status of my order (so she just said it had been picked up to appease me?) he was sorry, but.... then when asked for a refund, he hung up on me. I called back to see if we were "accidentally" disconnected, and they continued to ignore my call or pick it up and hang up. So I'll call again tomorrow, and tonight... COLD NASTY...

So very frustrated!! Tried to order through the app but it NEVER seems to work!! Always tells me I have the wrong password. I reset it, then it takes me it is wrong again. Happens every time! Then I called, what is listed as a local number, only to get a call center with someone in the other end who has such a hard time listening and speaking English. She could even the name of the street (Southern Blvd) if the Pizza Hut locating to where I could verify it for her. FINALLY... After placing a very simple order (Pepperoni Pizza Melt) the call ended. I got to the store, the guy at the window was very friendly. He told me the Melt had just come out of the oven and the box did feel hot. I got home and the Melt was soooo greasy I couldn't even eat it!! I was so upset and too far away to go back to the store. DEFINITELY NOT a good...
