The dolphins are so smart and so much fun to watch (for people of ALL ages). The show was a good length and there were a multitude of different tricks that they proudly showed off. It was clear that the dolphins were loved and well cared for by the trainers/staff. They don't seem to overwork the dolphins by having them perform for too long or too often, unlike some places. Definitely recommend! (If you sit in the first few rows and don't have a splash guard you WILL get wet, though😆).

We're so glad to see the dolphins back at Brookfield, and this afternoon's show did not disappoint! We even got a bird's eye view of the Seven Seas from the ferris wheel before we left today. Pro tip: don't join the line that builds up all the way past the restaurant an hour before show time. Use the left front entrance, and beat the crowd!

Love the place, love these animals... But... I remember they used to do far more tricks than what I saw this time around. It seemed like this presentation circled more around getting people wet than to showcase their abilities. Like I said, I love everything about the show but didn't get the Wow factor this time.

Aquariums have made significant strides in recent years by no longer requiring dolphins and other marine animals to perform tricks in potentially stressful and confined conditions. In their natural habitats, bottlenose dolphins are known to swim extensive distances, reaching up to 60 miles a day and diving to depths of nearly 1,500 feet. However, facilities like SeaWorld and Seven Seas keep many of these majestic creatures in relatively small tanks, limiting their ability to swim freely, dive deeply, or escape from social tensions with other dolphins.

Research indicates that confinement in smaller environments can lead to various health challenges, including dental issues from grinding their teeth against concrete and metal, as well as stress-related behaviors such as pacing and agitation.

While Seven Seas aims to provide a visually appealing environment for visitors and an opportunity for families to observe dolphins up close, it's important to consider the implications of such settings on the well-being of these animals. It raises questions about the ethics and legality of housing sentient beings in restrictive conditions, which is a topic that warrants...

Great show. Way to loud for our family. We had to walk out. No need for it being that loud. We wont go go back to that show . The rest of the zoo is great. Way over priced on all there food and beverages. We visit the zoo but bring our own thi gs to eat and drink in our coolers in the car. Zoo was very clean. We had also our grandson who has Autisum couldnt also take the sound how loud it was. We witnessed about 30 people come out with little kids . When we talked to outside they said to loud and wouldnt come back to the zoo. So im looking into other social media about there loudness. So if you really care for your patrons uou can reach out...

It was very short show. My children loved the dolphins but they really didn't do many tricks. They spent more time teaching us about dolphins and not enough time performing. And while the facts they gave is were interesting, we came there to see a show. At least make it longer if the employees are going to talk that long. Seriously guys, it needs to longer with more tricks! I sat in the splash zone on purpose and they gave us sheets of plastic to put over our bodies and everything we didn't want to get wet. All in all, it was okay. Hence the three...
