I would like to apologize in advance for this review sounding cliche and being banal. I just couldn't seem to refrain myself. I just love doggies and being around groups of these beasties sometimes bring out my silly side, more than usual. Carlson Bark Park is aptly named because I witnessed all manner of domestic 🐕 dog just having a 'grand old time'. They were running and playing together and barking joyfully. Why, there were big uns, little uns, even 'tween uns all seemingly 'having a blast' with both people and other canines. At the chance of using more overdone words and phrases sounding like a trite, stale, hack; 'I gotta tell ya', 'hail, hail', the pups were all there and having a barking good time. Those animals looked so happy being at this attractive, well maintained, city owned, public park. Hey, 'it's a 🐕 dog's world, I just happen to...

What do the dog park with my two little doggies. The dog park is very large, there are two separate entrances to two separate parts of the dog park. There is one large area for large dogs, one shaded area for small dogs, one small area for training dogs. The park is at the base of Mount rubidoux and so the parking lot is full with people going hiking. When we went we saw a person washing their shoes and feet in the water fountain. The park is littered with dirty diapers, dirty bandages, use needles, and a whole lot of trash. There weren't any homeless people hanging out at the park but this is close to a bridge which houses a homeless encampment underneath. The water fountain how to spot for dogs to drink water but it leaks so the dogs couldn't get a sip. No public restrooms. There were no other dogs when we...

Horrible worst dog park ever. Vicious large dogs, Rottweiler attacked my Chihuahua Rat Terrier Mix and owner actually had the nerve to yell at me when I pulled collar and yelled stop! to get aggressor to drop her. (She was screaming in pain and fear!) She continued to cry, and then yelp as I scooped her up and rushed to vet clinic. Aggressive dogs that owners can't control should NOT be allowed @ dog parks. There was another out of control dog there as well, I kept my dog in my arms while owner could barely hold this huge monster back. Macho guys with their macho dogs. They need obedience classes instead of terrorizing the dog park. Why is this outrage permitted? If you want to keep your dog safe...

Be prepared to pick up other people's dog pooh. I guess you have to get used to being a father to other irresponsible people that don't know basic civic duties. Not surprised. I do it often now. Trash all over the world and not many people take pride in their communities. The world has no need for the weak individuals who add nothing to society. Stay home and figure things out.

I take my dog just about everyday They are open every single day! Only closed Monday's from 8-12pm for maintenance! Small dog area separate from the large dog area! Don't mix if your dog can't handle! My dog has a high energy level, so others with smaller dogs might see him as "aggressive" but he only wants to play! I LOVE this place!
